    No, We are not more expensive than local contractors. We ensure clear and transparent pricing to the client, with no variations or request for price revisions to the agreed scope and specifications at any stage of the project. We are committed to document photographs and details of all deliveries to site ensuring no corners are cut and the price provided is justified.
    You are most welcome to visit your Dream home under construction at any time. However, even if you are not able to do so on a regular basic – We send daily updates on WhatsApp for the site and fortnightly documented review of the project. All material deliveries to site are documented in the form of images or photographs.
    We provide third-party certifications from a certified Structural Engineer and tests for concrete batches, and others as required from 3rd party Government Certified labs at every stage as necessary.
